This anatomically correct interpretation of the largest muscle in our bodies was hand carved from wax and cast in bronze before being gold plated and enamelled.
Upon first inspection the heart appears hollow but look closer and you will find the locket contains a tiny circuit which pulses LED light at two different heart rates which can be changed by pressing a button accessed by opening the heart.
It hangs around the neck from a 24kt gold plated silver 925/1000 (sterling silver) snake chain.
