Items in stock will ship within 3 business days from purchase, otherwise they will be made specially for your order and will require 2-3 weeks before shipping. Orders shipping within Europe will ship in 2-7 business days. Shipment cost will be calculated on the last step of your purchase.
EXCHANGES / CREDITS / RETURNS
Martina Lončar jewellery is a small business and It cannot provide refunds.
However, if you find the item you have purchased is the incorrect size, we will endeavour to provide you with a replacement. As each piece is handmade, it may not be possible to replace your item with the identical piece. If it is not possible, we will be happy to exchange your piece for another product.
Please note, from the moment an order is placed depending on the quantity, manufacture time is around 2-3 weeks excluding shipping time. This is due to the handmade quality of the work. If you need your piece sooner, we can reach an arrangement if possible.
Martina Lončar jewellery will provide a replacement for incorrect sizing under the following conditions:
A request for a replacement based on incorrect size must be made within 7 days of purchase.
The request must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Your item must be undamaged, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Please note that return shipping will be at your expense.
Bespoke or customised items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
This piece of jewellery is handmade and unique. Each stone is wrapped and cast in sterling silver. It is advised to remove the jewellery before doing any manual work including house- work since stones can be chipped by knocks and damaged by household cleaners. Perfume, hair spray, hand cream, makeup, and other beauty products may dull or remove the gold plating. Should you have any issues, do not hesitate to contact me.
Faulty items will be refunded (or exchanged upon request).
Prices do not include delivery fee. Please note that once a package is shipped the buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes etc. Martina Lončar jewellery is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.
GIFT CARDS
Martina Lončar jewellery Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Martina Lončar jewellery Gift Cards can not be resold to - or exchanged with a third party. Martina Lončar jewellery Gift Cards can only be redeemed online through our website (www.martinaloncar.com) or at Martina Lončar jewellery studio in Ljubljana.
